My Dream Decor offers you quick and easy three-step ordering process. As soon as you add an item to cart, you will be taken to your cart where you can review your order. Shipping & Billing page will enable you to input the information we will need from you to fulfill your order. Rest assured your personal information will be kept confidential, you may check on our Privacy Policy page for more information about your security. Before you confirm, please review what has been entered and a confirmation email will be sent to you after the ordering process. Please make sure you are entering your correct email address since all of the information (copy of the order, tracking number, etc) about your order will be sent through it. Please be aware of your order's Lead Time as it varies per manufacturer and the kind of item. If an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the customer will be notified and the order will be cancelled. If charges have been made, a credit will be sent back to the customer's account.

One of the goals of My Dream Decor is to serve you best. By strictly implementing the guidelines below, we aim to work with you in meeting your greatest satisfaction of this feature.
  • The gift certificates must ONLY be used in purchasing any equivalent product/s available on our website. The full amount of the transaction or order, including the shipping costs and taxes will be deducted from the value of your gift certificate. You are required to pay any amount in excess.

  • These cannot be used in purchasing another gift certificate, thus should only be used for any tangible item on the website.

  • The gift certificates are strictly nonrefundable.

  • As the gift certificates EXPIRE 1 YEAR after transaction, these would automatically become unredeemable.

  • An email notifying a successful purchase of the Gift certificate, along with the Gift Certificate CODE, will be sent to you. Keep or write down the gift certificate codes and keep them in a safe place. You will need these codes to redeem your gift certificates online. Get free ground shipping for a minimum order of $250.00. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is reflected in the checkout. Most of our items are shipped through UPS Ground or Fed Ex. Items that weigh more than 150 lbs are shipped Less-than-Truck-Load to avoid damages during transit; Canada shipments will not be eligible for free shipping. It would be best to contact our Customer Service Team for a shipping quote.

What are the lead times for the orders?

Orders placed in the mornings on weekdays usually ship the same day or within 24 hours. Fabrics and custom-made items (like bedding, pillow shams, etc.) usually ship in 7-10 business days. Furniture orders usually ship in 2-3 weeks after the order is placed. Lead times per manufacturer vary. Rest assured that we always exert our efforts to ship your orders as soon as possible.

Shipping Notification

We will immediately notify you when your order gets shipped. A message will be sent through the email address provided to My Dream Decor containing the tracking number, the name of the carrier, and if possible, the URL where the shipment can be tracked. Shipments will be monitored by us to make sure nothing is causing any delay. In cases when there are certain problems with your order, we will immediately notify you through email or a call. Please double check the information you provide to us as these would also affect the whole process. For furniture orders, the carrier would schedule a delivery date with you, if not, please make sure you are on the range of dates provided by them (seen when you track your order).

Shipping Methods

My Dream Decor offers Four Basic Shipping methods that would take care of your orders as they are delivered to your residence.
  • Ground Shipping

    Most of our items are shipped UPS or Fed Ex Ground. Small items or those less than 150 pounds are shipped through this method. Items shipped through this method are expected to be delivered within 5-7 business days. Depending on distance from the warehouse to your location, some orders can be delivered earlier.

  • 2nd Day shipping

    Using this shipping method, your orders will be expedited and delivered at your residence in 2 business days after the order's lead time.

  • Less Than Truckload Freight Shipment

    For items that are more than 150 pounds, this is the appropriate shipping method to choose. Some fragile items displayed on our website are offered this shipping method because of their high damage rates history. My Dream Decor does not want to risk shipping your orders so with an additional cost, we offer this shipping method just to be confident that your orders will be delivered to your residence safely. Please note that all My Dream Decor shipments are insured, LTL Freight Shipping method is just offered to give you a better option and service.

    Some orders that are at default shipped Ground on the website can also be shipped LTL at no cost, depending on My Dream Decorís discretion.

  • Standard To Canada

    This shipment is applicable only for shipments to Canada. Shipping costs that show on the checkout would be the exact cost you are going to pay us, no hidden charges. We do not collect funds for your duties and taxes. As soon as the package/s are ready for delivery, the carrier will get in touch with you for it. Some items on the website cannot be shipped to Canada. When that order comes in, we will notify you.

Returns and Damages

We require our partners to meet package requirements to ensure the lowest damage rates for packages but in instances beyond our control, the item gets damaged in transit. When you receive your package, we strongly advise you to completely inspect the shipment. If the item arrived damaged, it is IMPORTANT to note in the delivery receipt "DAMAGED"; and REFUSE to receive it. Immediately notify us so we can expect the package back and give you a replacement. If delivery receipt is not noted with damage, we assume that the package is delivered at its right condition.

For concealed damages after the receipt is signed and the driver left, please inform us immediately and provide clear images of the damaged parts of the item (including the packaging) as these are required by the carrier. Contact Us immediately and send us the clear images. This would make our process efficient and faster.

All damage claims are reviewed within 5-7 business days. One of our representatives will get in touch with you for an advise. All claims must be filed within 5 days after the item has been delivered.

For Faster Returns, please follow the instructions provided below:
  • Returns can only be accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated.

  • Clearance items are not subject to return.

  • Orders for furniture and products that are customized or built to order (like the bedding pieces and window treatments) are strictly non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. Payments for these orders cannot be refunded.

  • Shipping Charges are not refundable unless item is defective or damaged. Amount for shipping will be deducted if free shipping was originally included in the order. A 25%-30% restocking fee will be charged to you and My Dream Decor will not be responsible for the shipping charges unless item is defective or damaged. On top of that, the customer will be billed for the carrier's storage fees, if necessary. Please note that if the customer fails to respond to any communication efforts made by My Dream Decor and the carrier within 5 business days, the item will be considered as "refused-without-valid-reason" and all the costs incurred therein will be billed to the customer. Rush charges are also non refundable.

  • Contact the My Dream Decor Returns Center to request a Return Authorization Number for a smooth return. Please include the reason for return in the e-mail. Clear images of the damaged item/parts and the box will help speed up the Returns process.

  • Include your Return Authorization Number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return. Returns without RMA number will not be accepted.

  • Make sure products are in its original condition and packaging (has not been installed nor used).

Cancellation of Orders

Click Cancel Now to cancel an order you have recently placed.We promise to extend our efforts to cancel an order as soon as you request. When orders are placed in the morning, a lot of the time we are able to get your orders shipped that very same day. If items have already been shipped, you may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.

Since most of the items on our website are shipped from the manufacturer to you, we shall be informing the manufacturer of the cancellation.
