  1. How can I receive updates from your website?

    Answer: To stay updated with our new products, special offers, and promotions, enter your email address at the bottom of our Home Page and click Join. In that way, you will be enlisted as one of our registered customers to receive our newsletters.

  2. Will you automatically charge my card when I place my order?

    Answer: If you pay your order through PayPal, yes. If a credit card is being used, it will be charged as soon as the order is being processed.

  3. How can I order on your website?

    Answer: You may order online by clicking the “Add to Cart” on the page of the product you want to purchase, then provide the needed information in the checkout for you to submit the order. You may also contact our Customer Service at 1.800.588.6305, if you are more comfortable placing your orders over the phone.

  4. Why does it charge me the shipping cost when I go to check out?

    Answer: The only items that are eligible for Free Shipping are only those that are shipped Ground. Orders that are shipped for free are only those where the cart value reaches over $250.

  5. How will I be able to know that my order has shipped already?

    Answer: You will be sent a notification in the email address your provided during checkout. You may also do a follow-up and call us at any time from 8AM-5PM PST and an available Customer Service Representative will assist you.

  6. Can I cancel an order anytime?

    Answer: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours, granted that the order hasn't shipped yet as some of our items are shipped same day. If the item has shipped, you will be charged a restocking fee, the shipping costs incurred to fulfill the order, and the cost of intercepting the shipment and shipping it back to us.

  7. What is your return policy?

    Answer: We have a 30-day Returns Policy, unless otherwise stated. No returns will be accepted after this period. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and a restocking fee of 25% will be charged.   8. What should I do to avail of the warranty of my item ?

    Answer: You may call us and inform that you will need to get the warranty of the item. But we recommend that you send an email to My Dream Decor Claims Department and include attachment images of the item and the reason for the application. It will be reviewed within 48 hours and a representative will get in touch with you.

  9. How long will my order ship?

    Answer: Some orders would ship same day or within 24 hours while others ship within 2-3 weeks depending on the manufacturers. Click here for more information.

  10. How do I choose a delivery service?

    Answer: Our default shipping method is standard threshold delivery. If you would need additional services like residential lift gate, inside delivery, or need help in assembly of the items, please feel free to contact our customer service and our representatives will be able to help you get a quote.
